AUDIO & EVPs (6)
PASADENA PLAYHOUSE
Some audio clips aren't necessarily words that you can make out. We've caught some really intense vocalization when we've investigated. This one from the Pasadena Playhouse was caught when we were all crammed into this small dressing room backstage. No one else was anywhere around us or even in the Theater itself.
HOWE-WAFFLE MANSION
Another interesting vocalization was the one we captured here at the Howe-Waffle Mansion. I think we were all amazed at the quantity of different EVPs and anomalies we could that night.
THE QUEEN MARY
This is one of our favorite EVPs that we've captured over the years. We were down in the first class pool of the Queen Mary doing an EVP session. You can clearly make out what the voice says; but, we were surprised that so many people are at odds if it sounds like a little girl or an older lady.
YUMA TERRITORIAL PRISON
Going over our evidence clips, I was really surprised to see how many we had from our time at the Yuma Territorial Prison. It's an amazing location and we'r eager to make a trip and head on back. The first one we have is kinda cool because you can actually hear the Old West accent come through in this man's voice.
YUMA TERRITORIAL PRISON
This next one is very cool as it's a direct response to the question that Johnny is asking.
YUMA TERRITORIAL PRISON
These next audio clips are shorter but are great examples of the intelligent energies that are still there at the Prison.
YUMA TERRITORIAL PRISON
Here's another great example of energy directly responding to what Johnny was asking of it. Again, we were all surprised at how vocal these energies were with all of us that night.
YUMA TERRITORIAL PRISON
Who doesn't get excited to hear your name called out during an investigation?
YUMA TERRITORIAL PRISON
And here's another (fainter) direct response to a question being asked.
YUMA TERRITORIAL PRISON
Sometimes we get asked if investigating in large groups of people can be troublesome when reviewing your audio at a later date. We normally don't go out with large groups. Or if we do, it's usually with friends we're familiar with and can recognize their voices from a recording. But, with most EVPs, there is a different texture to their voices that's recorded vs. that of a living person. So sometimes it is tricky, but usually you can spot the difference.
